The perfect winter cookie. Cool peppermint and indulgent chocolate come together in this customer favorite. A rich chocolate cookie dough base is enhanced with a touch of pure peppermint extract and loaded with Andes Mints, and semisweet chocolate.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate, sugar, egg, andes mints, semisweet chocolate chips, butter, unsweetened chocolate, unbleached enriched flour, pure vanilla extract, peppermint extract, salt, baking powder
Baking Instructions: Bake straight from freezer at 325 for approximately 18 minutes (conventional) or 14 minutes (convection).
