Baking Times

Please follow the baking instructions below for cookie perfection!


All of our cookies should be baked straight from freezer on a baking pan with parchment paper or silicone liner. These are all approximations as oven temperatures vary, so please keep an eye on your cookies.  In general, the best indicator of a finished cookie is that it's lightly browned around the edges and doesn't look wet on top.

*Cool time is our subjective opinion of how long the cookie should cool for cookie perfection (the ideal balance of taste, texture and temperature for that particular cookie).
